I work with people who are holding a lot.
Those who lead, care, create, and contain - often without much space to put it down.
This includes:
heart-led founders and practitioners
people in positions of responsibility or growth
women moving through change, fatigue, or life transitions
deep feelers who quietly carry more than they show
At the heart of my work is Soulful Somatics - my integrative approach that weaves gentle hands-on bodywork, nervous-system-led support, and body-focused energy work.
This work supports your system to soften out of effort, release long-held tension, and return to a steadier, more resourced baseline.
Rather than pushing for change, we listen to what the body is already communicating - allowing regulation, clarity, and embodied presence to re-emerge naturally.
